Fastest way to get an 8pack.

This isn't really a sport, but I figured it belonged in here.

I"m pretty thing, barely any if at all body fat, and have a nice flat stomach.

What sucks is I only have the top 4, I'm missing the bottom 4 of the 8 pack.

Whats the fastest way to get them defined

First off you gotta feed your muscles protein,kick out the junk food.Its all about stomach fat and getting rid of it.You sound like your in good shape already so pack on lean muscle. Workout your abs 2-3x a week and get plenty of rest.Switch up your workouts to keep your muscles guessing.Remember don't overtrain and have plenty of recovery time in between workouts.Its also genetics so keep that in mind.

Keep up the pace.Rest 30 secs in between each set.Do 12-15 sets for this body part.

3-4 sets of 20-30 reps of crunches
3-4 sets of 20-30 reps of bicycle crunches
3-4 sets of 30-35 reps of leg pull-ins
3-4 sets of 10-15 reps of hanging leg raises

Remember switch it up bro.

Theres no such thing as spot training, you cant lose fat in a specific area in your body just by working out that area, you burn fat in your entire body.

work your abs three times a week (the above workout looks nice, mix in some push ups if you're not going to a gym)...eat 5 times a day, 3 big meals and snacks in between...and keep it moderately healthy (switch white breads to wheat and grain for a start, eat a lot of fruit and even more vegetables) and get plenty of sleep

disagree with the meals

eat 5 times a day, but make all off them smaller proportion meals

abs are 70% diet

eating a mainly protein/starch diet is best, but get in the other groups as well

I completely agree and I didn't mean it in that way I meant that the only way to reveal your true abs then you must drop body fat.I didn't state diet as mush as I should have because the OP has a great base as far as body fat goes,but you must take your regular 3 meals and break them down into 5-6 even meals no big meal and small snacks.You do this to keep your metabolism going and don't eat to close to the time you sleep because it just get stored as fat.And if you didn't know there are many bodybuilders and athletes that dont have a regular ab routine that have amazing abdominals.they can be worked through many workouts especially squats.just watch the food intake and keep up the ab work.
