Help with TV tuner card

So I decided to make a media center pc. Im not sure about what tv tuner card to get. I dont want to spend too much money, prob under 100. This is what I want:
-schedule and record shows
-I have media center installed
-What am I going to need to know before buying a card?
- I dont plan to record in hd

Im am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to computer its just im new to a media center pc and tv tuner cards.

do you wanna internal or external tv tuner? if your building a new pc i would suggest internal. this one is pretty good, been putting off buying it for a while. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16815100015
