Ill still take Lakers over Rockets. Kobe needs to keep all this shit bottled up and just unleash it in the playoffs!
Ima smile and take this as a REALY GOOD LOSS. Cant wait till i see Bynum/Kobe/gasol/odom out there making it happen. I know its guna take time but they can get it done!

The Cavs will be a force in the playoffs, but keep in mind that if Detroit and Cleveland happen to meet up again this year.....game 7 is on Detroits floor. Everyone in Detroit and Cleveland is aware of how it went down last year (the pistons fell asleep as lebron went jordan-like at the palace), dont fool yourself into thinking Detroit will let that happen again. J-Max owns the paint when he's in the game and Lebron wont be getting freebies to the hole.
The Pistons will be ready for this re-match (and I hope they get it), especially with Hasben Wallace moving to cleveland. Detroit and Boston are the class of the East, and both of them are great against the best of what the west has to offer. The West is stacked this year but the trophy will go east when its all said and done.

^^ Detroit will not let the cavs take the east
![]() props to the rockets for overcoming another obstacle.. they really dominated the lakers. bynum would have really helped the lakers out had he been there. i think the cavs will lose to orlando today. i'm more interested in the boston vs sas game. |

Celtics game is going to be awsome...I really can't help but wonder where this all came from with the Rockets. They were pretty mediocre before this streak and it's so odd that they became a force when Yao went down. Even if they take the streak to the end of the season I don't see them getting past the Spurs, Lakers, Hornets, or a couple of other teams. I think they just lack the playoff experience.

too bad ray is not playing for boston.. i guess both teams have a starter out.. meh

i'm not a big rockets fan but i give them credit where its due. its not odd that they're winning. the rockets have been 31-4 since jan 1st. they didn't get big after yao left.. they were already in several winning streaks. yao left after the 12th win. the rockets got focused after the whole mgrady deal and when he came back they seemed to have sparked. the rockets have more playoff experience thant he hornets lol and quite a couple other teams who haven't even seen the playoffs in a while. if you really want to talk about playoff experience.. what was boston last year... 24-58 even though they didn't have the big 3 its the team experience in the playoffs that count Last edited by lastsamurai : 03-19-2008 at 02:49 AM. |
