I havent gone to church in six years. I think god or whatever higher being you believe in would rather you be out making the community better rather than sitting in church for that hour every sunday.

Im a good person and I live down the street from a church that rings its bells extremely loud at all the wrong times in the morning.

been maybe 3 times in my life (friends communions and stuff) but have never gone willingly.

not my thing. not my place but if it works for you then have fun.

from what ive seen, hardcore churchgoers seem to be the most ignorant and closed minded people around. I know there are exceptions but One of my good friend's moms is seriously convinced that her daughter was a gift from jesus.. She also took me to see Passion of the christ because she thought i needed jesus.. And tried to exorcise her son.
