 come on, i know god loves me because of the weed he gives us lol. but if u think about it theres gotta be something more and the bible is the only thing that is a wirtten record of the past so i choose to belive in it and its teachings. if any thing iv wasted and hour a week and i lived as a good person if it turns out to be false. thats just my opinion tho. but what ever you do is ur own thing and more power to u. |

religion is a matter of heart an mind....
I went to church every sunday till I had my drivers lic.....after that I went when I wanted to.... Most faiths promote congregating to show an share faith....however if you have faith in a religion of any type you are your own church.....it is in your heart an mind....you dont need, an are not required to attend a formal regement to any given building to be a good anything.... I dont like an never have liked the organized an commercialized idea of church...Most are a business an they all depend on "selling" to survive an grow...I dont feel the need to pay for or "buy" my peace of mind about religion.. I keep my beliefs to myself simply because NOBODY will ever agree... In the end....its a personal issue that each individual chooses to embrace or not. Judging a person on the grounds of attending church is meaningless....If Charles Manson went to church everyday of his life would he have a better chance then any of us?....no....if Heaven exists and accepting god as your personal savior is the way in then on his or our death bed any of us could get there.....it wouldnt matter if you lived in a church or never went one day....theoretically you could be the most evil person in history an repent on your deathbed by asking to be "saved" an bingo your in.......an you could hang out with Moses...... |

ya i see what ur saying and my chruch doesn't sell or buy anything. i don't like that business part of it so i found a chruch that doesn't do it. its kinda small becuase of it but oh well my chruch has yearly trips to ethuopia and russia to help build up chruchs there i think thats good.
and i accept the bible as truth because of the history channel  so much info on it. i saw this one thing on it that these exploers found a blanket with jesus's in print on it. its the oldest thing they have...turns out by all this resherch and junk that its true. also they found noah's ark on some moutin top. intersting stuff |

At least a thousand people died, tens of thousands lost all their earthly possessions, and over a million have been displaced. It is safe to say that almost every person living in New Orleans at the moment Katrina struck believed in an omnipotent, omniscient, and compassionate God. But what was God doing while a hurricane laid waste to their city? Surely He heard the prayers of those elderly men and women who fled the rising waters for the safety of their attics, only to be slowly drowned there. These were people of faith. These were good men and women who had prayed throughout their lives. Only the atheist has the courage to admit the obvious: these poor people spent their lives in the company of an imaginary friend. Ive never been to a church in my life and dont plan on going.
Never been to anything like that, Religously i mean. My mas into that, She was brought up on it. My pops, My bro and I dont belive in it and dont go either. I used to belive in it, I believed everything my ma said when i was young. Then when i got older, I realized shes fucking crazy, And my pops is the level headed one who always held everything together. Now shes still into it, And i havent for a long time. And i realize shes kinda childish/crazy about alot of things. And the crazy thing is, I smoke weed multible times a day, I drink almost every day. I pop pills. I eat shrooms. I snort coke. I do alot of drugs and mix them. I do more illegal things then just drugs. And im the level headed common sense person compared to my ma. My dad drinks, Smokes weed and occasioanly snorts coke and does pills, Not often like when he was younger. And i got my shit from him. Its odd that the drug user is the stronger person, Is the more down to earth and has more common sense person. We look more for fact then being gullible. We are see it to belive it people. We work to get wherveer we have to. We dont ask for help. We do what we want and do what we know is right. And my ma's the opposite, She smokes weed, Shes into xanax but honestly thinks its because she's too stressed and it helps, Not because shes stressed and its a buzz that relives it like weed. She drinks on the weekends, But not much at all. Shes a christian, Shes fucking like a child, She cant handle herself. She stresses out over normal things. Shes jus crazy its hard to explain. Its odd how what soceity thinks is not right when you look at it from my eyes.
