Yes this does work. However, it is up to you to make it work. I would highly suggest watching it.
Another thing, quite similar to this is, "The Secret." It's a book/movie check it out!

Unfortunately it IS very similar to the Secret and is of the same calibre of BS. Mr Pavlina isn't the ruler of anything, let alone the 'blogsphere' (anyone here ever heard of him?), that all sounds very much like a piece of marketing to me. As with Reiki, the Secret and many others, it carries the same escape clause for the theory: if it doesn't work for you it is always your fault for not trying hard enough.
