Your Perfect Life

A perfect life for me.... somewhat realistic but a long road to reach it....
I'll be an accomplished landscape architect living on a 30-40 acre plot of land either in Washington, Oregon, or British Columbia (somewhere where the beauty of nature is appreciated). No financial worries, just riding some motocross with some friends on a few tracks that I would build on my land. Living with my wife and kids.... In a world where using cannabis is no big deal and nobody cares if you do. And when I want to go shred some fresh pow in the mountains in the winter I can just go without much trouble.

However, I'm glad I responded to this thread because I realize now that parts of my perfect life aren't so perfect for me, kinda feels empty in places.

to live in the highlands of scotland with a patch of buds right next to the vegetable patches for my and my partner's food. to live off the land, farming it and each night to be able to go down to the local pub to just be with all the people that are my neighbours and friends enjoying some nice drinks and/or some fresh buds. no financial concerns, a true community such that if one was unable to produce enough food for the winter, there would be enough from the community that they wouldn't have to worry about starving.

an emphasis on truth and beauty in this village is a must and a true community vibe where we're all neighbours and we're all cool with eachother. if ever a dispute arises, it's dealt with in a sort of town hall kinda deal where everyone can help deliberate and find a resolution that satisfies the town unanimously.

this town would also have a fully stocked library with an internet connection (i don't feel comfortable with internet in personal homes... it's basically TV of the new generation.)

a cafe that stocks all sorts of coffee beans and teas with an espresso bar to make whatever caffeinated drink you could imagine.

a chapel that has books on as many faiths and spiritual paths as possible. staffed by pastors that are educated and do not choose to proselytize in any specific faith.

and to be able to travel the highlands with just hiking gear, a canteen, blanket, my guitar and a chillum with some cannabis to spark when i find the most beautiful scenery... cause i KNOW it's there. (oh, and my camera.)

my perfect life, would have to be making it famous as a stage performer... and not necessarily hollywood big, but broadway would be great.. then fairly early on retire to the Carribean and open a massive Tiki bar on an island like st thomas, or somewhere with some more waves.

My perfect life would be...

Starting a commune in Northern Ontario with a bunch of friends, spending our days growing weed and vegetables and live entirely off the land. We can live out our days in harmony together

I want to live up in the mountains secluded from everyone. Just me and my significant other. Growing some great ol MJ without a care in the world. Have some nice winters where I can go out and snowboard, and some nice summers where me and my love can go on adventure walks and live life to its fullest!

All i honestly want is some close friends, music, a band, a girl that i love, my guitar, and some good living arrangements(And bud of course).

That's not my perfect life, but with just that, I'd be happy.

My perfect life would have nothing to do with anything external. Nothing material could possibly make my life perfect. My life would be perfect as long as i am in a state of happiness and clarity.

lets just say that my perfect life and the life i need to live are very different

you guys are all describing your ideals... but how are you gonna get there??

the world is fucked, atleast america. they made it way too hard to succeed here now. it used to be the land of opportunities for many... now its more like land of fuck all the poor people in the ass

you make your "perfect" lives out to seem so serene but truly it rarely happens that way, its all about slaving hard every day, movin up in the world, material possessions. fat house, couple sly cars, sexy lady.. its all about beating the other man for me.. thats my "perfect" life. when i am the richest. i am the holder of godly possessions.

It would start after I finish my bachelor's Degree. I would qualify for the US Open in '11 and win. Starting a streak to be the only person to win the GrandSlam of golf since Bobby Jones. I would then go on to 6 years of dominance in the Golf world winning all the majors twice over at the least.

Durning that time period I would party my ass off and fill my lust for travel and women. I would get my masters degree from Stanford University. I would find the love of a real woman with a passion for life and competition as high as mine. Then I might marry her. I dont know that I wanna get married or have kids. If I didnt, or even if I did, I would join the military to become a Navy Seal. I would fight in many places, win many battles, and then die in a pivotal fight against an enemy that was better than me. (not that I want to die but that Id rather die like that than an old man who cant control his own body let alone his future)


How am I gonna accomplish that? I just am. I know it makes me seem crazy and fuck I probly am lol but I believe that if you truly want to accomplish something you have to have the will not to quit and the willingness to sacrifice whatever it takes to get there. If you can do that and have the desire to get the you can.

Im just a kid I dont know anything but I do feel strongly about a few things and the ability to write the book of your life is one of them. So dont let anyone say you cant, just say fuck the haters and push foreward.
