| Mindful meditation, brushing teeth?
okay, this is gonna sound a little silly, but i've been reading up on and doing some practices surrounding mindful meditation and applying it to some aspects of my daily to-do list.
and oddly enough, the one thing that i think i'm the most mindful of when i do it is brushing my teeth.
i know, it's odd, but when i'm cleaning my teeth, i just tend to absorb myself in the process... feeling the bristles slide across my gums, the taste of the toothpaste, that kinda thing. of course, i do enjoy the sensation of having clean teeth, all smooth right down to the gum line so i guess i could be considered biased or whatever, still...:
what things do you do that you would consider "mindfully meditative" in your daily routine?
