I feel 2012

Well, it might not be 2012 but has anyone noticed a certain increase in psychic activity, telekenisis, etc? The last hallucigenic i've used was mushrooms about 6 months ago, yet still each day i feel an increasing surge in engery like i'm being prepared for something big. Alot of my friends have noticed this too, i was talking to my one bud as we were talking about this exact thing, he mentioned how we wanted to watch family guy. we turn on the tv, and boom it's on. I almost shit a spatula. Anyways, does anyone else notice this general increase in the opening of the third eye, or am i just going nuts?

man i feel you on this as a matter of fact something like this happened to me today. in class we took a test and the booklets were numbered and i said in my head"its gonna be 15 or 16" and i get my booklet and there it is 16 on the top of the booklet.

Could be just placebo effect, the year 2012 is coming pretty soon so it's on your mind more often and you're now paying more attention to coincidences.

i dont notice an 'opening of the third eye'. I am very interested in 2012 though since ive learned about the mayans and how smart they are. Its interesting their calendar ended in 2012....and to even think most of their calculations were true. However i dont believe "Human life will end". I think its like a W2K bug type thing, where everyone was worried but nothing happened. Its human kind, the way we all worry, the way we are concerned, the way we believe. But why? Why do people care so much for other people?? Why cant they live with nature and be free to think to themseleves without care?? I think its the new age..everyone thinks to much. Think about the 70's when people didnt worry about others as much. Or better, think of life without government.

Although our age is different than the indians age, why cant we think the same. The critics call it evolution, but thats not true in this case?? Evolution i thought was how things evolved to be "better". But what exactly is "better"? It could all be a brainwash couldnt it? The WHOLE WORLD could all be false, and no one will ever know.

People tend to think as a group rather than a single. This is obvious, i mean jesus why do you think Marijuana is illegal??? Humans as a species i believe just thinks the same...yet people wont admit it...everything people think is made up of what they learned/encountered in their life. But no one is the same right?? Or are they? Maybe we are brainwashed!! Ya know sometimes i feel like i should know more about things. There are many un-answered questions in life that people dont think of...but theres no reason not to...with the way we live...we are probably not able to. A reason we wouldnt be able to think, could be how we all have to have to worry about smoking a plant. It doesnt make sense that people should be penalized for doing something they as a seperate human being want to do. This is obvious but why cant people get together and start a revolution? It is probably totally possible to start a revolution and get millions of new people to open up an use the herb. Think about it.....people think as "a group". That is why our society is the way it is...because the government which has the most power...has the people who are not smart enough!! We, the pot smokers who dont worry about other people arent going to want to be in the government. We dont care enough. We are just harmless self thinking people trying to live a care-free life. ahhhhhhhhh thats enough im trippin of an eighth of good shroomies......

Yeah I know what you mean. Its like I can feel a tension of sorts. Nothing big, but just a general feeling that something is going to change that will affect all of humanity. I guess I could say I've become more aware of premonition and stuff like that. As far as predicting radio songs and various numbers and other events, it has become more frequent. The coming days are strange my friends.

I think that your will is starting to develop.
We constantly have wills and desires in our subconscious, and as the will develops we are more able to manifest them as accecible realities (or in other words make shit happen).

As a whole we form a network, or "matrix" if you will, of accesible realities/perceptions.
Collective consciousness at work.

Or like when you have a song in your head and flip on the boom box and its on, or when you had someone in your head and they call your or you run into them, etc. etc. the list goes on infinitely. Anyone with examples should share and discuss. The shits real.

I don't think placebo is the correct term for this.

Since the OP and his friends started to discussing it, they made it resonate in their brain more. So events that would seemingly be coincidental are being lumped together as an increase in psychic ability.

For example the poster who said the thing about the test and the number. Chances are at the time that happened it was an intresting event, there after it faded from memory, untill this thread where it seems to have more importance.

The same thing goes for cars, and words, and anything else. There are so many events that happen daily that most are thrown out by the brain, unless there is some importance to it. When you get a new car you will notice more of these cars on the road, and if you hear the word, um lets say fusula, a word you proboly "never heard before" you may all the sudden realize you are hearing it more often, since it has a new importance after I said it.

I'm not saying that any of you are wrong in your assumption that there may be psychic powers becoming stronger, simply that the more likely explanation is that simply remember it more now

We are experiencing a transition from space time, to time space. What an adventure . It happens at different times and different ways for eveybody. Different strokes for different folks, right.

BTW, meditation will increase the effects. I got some great info and links on getting started in meditation for those interested. It's also a superior relaxation technique and will increase your overall quality of life.

Yeah I think you're going nuts dude. Obviously there's a chance that family guy will be on tv, and how many times have you said that you wanted to watch a program, turned on the tv and it wasn't on? It's just probability that it'll happen some time. But for the other things, well I dunno I don't feel any extra energy or anything but if you do then sure thing man thats cool... We'll just have to wait and see
