lol ... everytime i read one of ur posts its the most outside the box interesting shit ..... i love to read when im high ..... this one got me thinking ... but "technically".... i'd say it'd be murder and i say that in terms of court of law decision .... but in terms of real life viewing of the situation i'd probably call it suicide ... because it seems as tho if ur drinking something you know is gonna kill you, you wanna be dead and therefore want to drink it ie. suicide ....

If you both know, then it's suicide. If one of you doesn't know, then that's murder. Someone should do this... it would make for an interesting court case.

Well I guess that depends if the poison is lethal or not. Alcohol and shrooms are a form of poison are they not? If you put any of those two ingredients in my drink, I'd consider it a "friendly gesture" not murder or suicide.
