murder suicide. you have the intent of killing the other person, murder. but you also know you are going to die by drinking your drink but do so anyways, suicide

I've put poison in all the drinks. Its called High Fructose Corn Syrup, and its death by diabetes and obesity for all of you...HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH...

It would be hard to determine intent from someone's thoughts. From the cop's perspective, your intent was to kill him.
But for the sake of argument, i guess it would be considered suicide.

i think if a cop killed you it would be murder, as the cop would not know your intention of suicide.

cops are trained to shoot if some1 has a gun. and ive ur intent was suicide and the cop shot u iy is called suicide by cop. now assisted suicide is if u helpsome1 kill themselve. (ex: but poison in their drink for them and let them srink it knowingly to comit suicide)
