Western or Eastern Philosophy?

Which one would you rather take as a class for college.

Why take one or the other? Take both. Also, studying philosophy using the continentalist approach is the way to go. Though, it never hurts to keep all your bases covered.

i assume your from a western land? therefor you've already been subjected to western philosophy. yet, i'd take both.

For example mammaliformes ("almost mammals") and then mammals existed throughout the reign of the dinosaurs, but could not compete for the large terrestrial vertebrate niches which dinosaurs monopolized. The end-Cretaceous mass extinction removed the non-avian dinosaurs and made it possible for mammals to expand into the large terrestrial vertebrate niches.

Take both if you have time. If you are confined to only one, i would recommend eastern philosophy, because you have likely been subjected to western philosophy your entire life. I started reading about eastern philosophies and theologies a few years ago and have not only found it very interesting, but spiritually beneficial too.
