^i've thought about that a lot. i think that if one persons blue is different, it would be impossible to tell because if you were both looking at the same objects color, and you both call it blue, it doesn't matter what either of you perceive because whatever it is you are perceiving is called blue in your mind, and thats as much information as you can put out there.

the same way we dont know if were all thinking the same way and feeling pain/emotions the same way.

i.e. my pain that is a 10 on a scale of 1-10. might be only a 1 on your scale of 1-10 if we were some how able to measure pain universally

I've had the same thoughts before, but my friend who is color blind, knows that he sees blues as purple, and greens as red. But he can still distinguish between the two colors of each pair, but they're just shades of the same color. Maybe he sees a hybrid type color that no one else sees . He also said oranges look brown.

I used to ask myself the same thing, but when I was eight. I also would ask, "Why am I me and not him?" "Can I see through his eyes if I wanted to" "Can they hear my thoughts as loud as I can?, I better quit thinking so loudly, shhh, be quiet stupid, your still being to loud, goshh you shouldnt even think at all, your crazy, no Im not, shhh mom might hear you, me, what, I must be crazy, or retarded, oh no am I retarted...?" things of that nature. Then as memories filled my neural connections from the point of view as "Me", then I went further away from Ba, and developed my Ka.

As Rene Descartes said "I think, therfore I am." or something along those lines.

Ka and Ba are egyptian terms, the Ba is the universal soul that is in everyone, the Ka is the induviduals personality and way of relating from his vantage point within the universe(or Ba). We are all Ba, and are "reincarnated" once we relize this. Just another way of saying that we are all stardust contemplating how all this stardust got here.

The fact that we can communicate, design, build, measure, describe, collectively agree on known points of reference indicate that we do think alike. Interpretation may be another issue. Opinion is a different matter altogether.
