I have seven outdoor plants, two differnet strains. Recently I have found that four of the plants have stopped growing, then just in the past fews days the bottom half of the stems have turned brown and are extremely dry. Im sure if i bent them they'd snap. But the top half and the leaves are still green but wilted. Im a first time grower. Please help!

Help! Base of stalks are turning brown and drying.
