Never built a computer before, not gonna be for gaming, just multiple open programs. I typically have Mozilla, a trading platform, Itunes and a game of poker up at any given time. Occasionally download and watch a video. First and foremost it would be helpful if you guys could just confirm that these parts are indeed compatible with each other, and probably windows 7 (unless you have advice on another OS to use, if so explain, I know NOTHING about alternative OS's)

This is about the max that I want to spend, around 1200 bucks, so unless you can provide a damn good reason for the upgrade, please don't suggest things that would add much additional cost. Any and all tips/comments/concerns/input is welcome. If you have advice on anything at all please let me know. I'm a complete newbie to computers in general, I really only know the basics.
