Okay so Its freezing outside so i slowly introduced one of my plants (just as an expereiment) to thee indoors very slowly (about a day or so in and out every half of day or so). I put them under 150 watts flourecent , MY PLANT IS NOW SHRIVLED and dry, it stretched out about a 1/2 an inch over one night but its defenitley burned. what can i do to save this poor helpless plant? I had it under 24/7, no its sitting in the dark! Help!

we need a little more info on your growing conditions. What's the ambient temp under ther lamp? What kind of pot is it in? what kind of soil? nutes? etc...

are they fluro tubes or CF;s?

what sioil mixture is your plant in and how old and how big are these plants?
