Sick plant- Help

I have 7 plants growing in a grow box, and I just switched to 12/12. I am starting to see some browning on the ends of the leaves.
I read that folier feeding helps, so I have been spraying the plants once a day. The water in the sprayer has a little fert in it. Could this be why I am seeing burning in the leaves?

Right when I realized I shouldn't be spraying the plants with the fert, I stoped. I think I have the problem solved, but will put up a new pic in a few days.

Water Helped my leaves when they were in a state of what appeared to be them drying out. I would never spray fert or nutes on my plants tho. That is all root system.
