Need a little assistance please ...

I have afew plants that I thought I would experiment on before my good seeds showed up from Holland .
One is a junk seed from a shitty sack and one I found growing from a crack in the pavement behind my local club .
I dug it out and have cared for it for about the last 2 months .
The seed from the shit strain is growing slow but growing .
The larger of the two is a little over two feet and I have just moved it to a good grow room under a 1000 watt M/H .
I have noticed a weird white and yellow spotting on mostly the older really large fan leaves but it is not excluded from new growth .
The larger fan blades are curling in on the sides and down at the tips and some of them are showing chlorosis of the tissue , real yellow spots with deterioration of the tissue surrounding the colored spots .
It has been branching out like crazy the past two weeks since she has been under the light .
New growth litteraly everywhere .

I have them both in Miracle grow soil with slow release fert's .{ IM sure you know the stuff } and I recently { the past two waterings } Have used Fox Farms grow big .

The p.h. of the soil from what my meter said was just a touch over 7.0 maybe 7.1

Any ideas whats going on ?
I can include pix tomorrow .

I use cold tap water settled over 24 hours to water .
I would appreciate any advice .

of course I concur. There's a sticky at the top of this board with pictures of different ailments. It's a foolproof diagram, even for first time growers. As soon as you've diagnosed it we can get to work on fixing it.
