Yellowing leaves, middle out

Plant is going yellow from the middle out. Buds look and are still growing great. At first, I thought it was how the light was hitting it but now it's obvious. I looked it up in sick plant guide, seems to be low N.

PH is dead on

I have big Bloom which seems to be mostly N. I gave her a dose yesterday. I don't want to say it didn't do anything but it didn't do anything overnight.

Good move? Bad move?

Next move?

lol

Thanks

Re: Yellowing leaves, middle out

Um... I thought Big Bloom was zero Nitrogen. 0.01-0.3-0.7??? sooo yeah, that's not going to fix your problem. Grow Big would at 6-4-4.

You know what has a lot of nitrogen for free? Urine. Sounds nasty, I've never done it, but I've read a lot of good reports from people who have. Chicken Manure and Worm castings are also good sources of N.

Hey LBH
Big bloom won't hurt they love it!
Do you have ff grow big on hand? If so, that should help...but I don't know that you'll see results over night growing in soil.

do you have fish emulsion??? I think the npk on that is 5-1-1 or 5-2-2

and definitely don't urinate on ur plants LBH... that won't fix anything

No worries, I won't pee on them,......what kind of example would that set for my cat? lol

I gave her a small dose of MG ferts, 15% N

We'll see if that helps, if not I'll just chop it down kidding

Excellent. I'll monitor her for a few days, if no sign of changing, I'll get me some fish ferts

Please don't recommend that in threads, Ammonia is toxic, new Growers will wonder why their plants are dying, and then they'll get laughed at by older growers when they post in the Sick Plants Forum Section.

Its a cruel joke.

Yeah, or you're entirely wrong and uneducated thinking you know, when you just don't know.

Sustainable fertilizer: Urine and wood ash produce large harvest -
"Sustainable fertilizer: Urine and wood ash produce large harvest

08 Sep 2009 - Results of the first study evaluating the use of human urine mixed with wood ash as a fertilizer for food crops has found that the combination can be substituted for costly synthetic fertilizers to produce bumper crops of tomatoes without introducing any risk of disease for consumers. The study appears in the current issue of ACS' Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.

In the study, Surendra Pradhan and colleagues point out that urine, a good source of nitrogen, has been successfully used to fertilize cucumber, corn, cabbage, and other crops. Only a few studies, however, have investigated the use of wood ash, which is rich in minerals and also reduces the acidity of certain soils. Scientists have not reported on the combinaton of urine and wood ash, they say.

The new study found that plants fertilized with urine produced four times more tomatoes than nonfertilized plants and as much as plants given synthetic fertilizer. Urine plus wood ash produced almost as great a yield, with the added benefit of reducing the acidity of acid soils. "The results suggest that urine with or without wood ash can be used as a substitute for mineral fertilizer to increase the yields of tomato without posing any microbial or chemical risks," the report says.

Original publication: Surendra K. Pradhan, Jarmo K. Holopainen and Helvi Heinonen-Tanski; "Stored Human Urine Supplemented with Wood Ash as Fertilizer in Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) Cultivation and Its Impacts on Fruit Yield and Quality"; J. Agric. Food Chem. 2009, 57 (16), pp 7612-7617"

Nice one Mate, That rushed attempt at finding something "legitimate" to back up your cruel joke totally disproved that Ammonia will kill Pot
