Drooping Leaves - 2 weeks old in bubble bucket

What type of medium; hydro
Indoors
What strain? Uknown, packaged without a ledgable lable.
How old are the plants? Planted seeds on 25 October 2009
What type of lights and how many watts? 2 x 85W CFL and 1 x 600W HPS
How far from the lights? CFL's are 5 inches or so away from tops of plants. HPS is a couple feet above tops of plants.
What is your watering frequency and source of water? Tap water, 50-75ppm. Filled 5 gal bucket to withen a half inch of netpot, water and net pot don't touch. 1.5" hydrotone in netcup below the 4" rockwool cube. Changed the water for the first time this morning.
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? Used less than a tablespoon of General Hydropinc FloraMicro and about the same amount of FloraGro. Tap water = 74ppm, FloraMicro =30ppm, and FloraGro=20ppm. Total came to about 126ppm without PH down. PH down brings ppm up to about 190 if I remember right.
What is the medium/runoff pH and PPM if in hydro? Changed water today and PH was 6.5 @190ppm.
What are the temps and humidity in the room? 75-80F with CFL's and HPS off. 83-85F with CFL's and HPS.
What size pots? 5 gallon.
Any bugs? Looked real close. Cannot see any
Any other pertinent info? A dual airpump from Walmart, biggest pump they had for aquariums. Air lines goes in to BB and each line has 1 air stone attached, Walmart bought air stones. Babie was growing well but I switched the HPS lamp on last night and this morning I have drooping leaves. Running lights 24/7.


Could someone please take a look at these pictures and tell me what my problem is?

Well, turned off the HPS, smoked a bowl, and took a nap. Woke up and the leaves are not drooping as bad. Looks much better now but still a little droopy. I am guessing the HPS might have been a little much even though it was pretty far away. Any ideas as to why the leaves are so wrinkley? Initial PH was about 5.8, a week later it was 6.5-6.8.

ph is to high, thats y the leaves are getting "weird" keep it at 5.8, all the time, dont use tap water, ur seedlings are not very hungry right now, so what ur feeding will do, up it later. if u do go with RO water ur going to have to supplement cal-mal.
oh and there probably drooping cuz there is not enough air in the water, try 2 or more air snones per bucket, if the pump cant handle it upgarde
