Slight yellowing bubbleponics

My ph is about 5.5 ppm around 500 plant is about a week old from clone. Also im having a problem getting the roots to come out the basket...

your PH is too low. I'd bring it up to 5.8.

where is your water level in relation to the bottom of the basket / net cup?
is your clone in a rw / grodan cube?
do you have a pic of your plant and set up? If so, please post some pics

It's much easier to help when we can see the plant, and set up.
