SAVE MY PLANTS!!! Plants dying? what deficiency??

ok I think it might be chemical burn but I am out of ideas. I thought I had magnesium dif. so last water change I added about 1 tbsp/gal of epsom salt.. it seemed to get a little better but then it all went sour. all the plants are getting spots and plant #1 is really in rough shape.

I need Immediate Help if anyone can help me I would be so thankful...I am a NOOB and ive been very busy lately with other crap and I have no time to do intensive research. HELP SAVE THIS GROW!!!

you need to get your PH down asap if it were me, I'd flush her with ph balanced water, no nutes. give her about a week to bounce back and then start her back on 1/4 strength nutes. Give it at least a week before upping the nutes.
