Sick Seedling Please Help

this is my 1st grow and my seedlings are around day 10-13 depending on which plant. but i noticed that one of the seedlings is pretty droopy this morning. i just re planted them into the big pot that you see about 2 nights ago and gave them about 236ml of 7.0ph water. yesterday is when we noticed some of the leafs had yellow spots. out of the 4 plants only one is droopy and it's the one with the largest yellow spots on it's leafs. please help what can i do to get these plants better? if you have any questions please ask!

Re: Sick Seedling Please Help

looks like a burn on the little one, dont feed them anything till after a couple weeks after the water leaves die off (they have plenty of food from seed and soil) if its a compost mix that can burn the plan, the big one looks like a water spot (it could be alot of things). if symtoms progress post the pix
what r u watering with? tap tepid ro, etc?
whats the phof the water?
and yeah one plant per pot, they will get root bound and stop growing.

o ok i'm just using filtered water and it is naturally 7.0PH this is the same water we germinated the seeds in and have been watering them their whole lives thus far.

no as far as there being 2 plants per pot should i remove one from each so that they don't get root bound? and what way is the best or easiest way to separate them.
