Does this look dead to you?

Sprout is sideways. Looks like it hasn't grown in a day. Using MG organic, with perlite. This was flushed prior to use. have 5 5500k 27w cfls on her. I have another plant doing just fine under the same conditions. Tips of the leaves are starting to turn yellow, and the stem looks very weak compared to the other plant

Looks like some kind of nutrient or light burn. I've had plants do this and pull through, just back off the lights a touch, and flush the soil.

Those are the worst pictures I have ever seen. Back the camera up and zoom in.

All I have is a phone, so better pictures are not possible. She hasn't grown in 3 days, the water leaves continue to curl up and are now crispy.

That would point to a weak root system, high temperature, and low humidity.

I'm thinking D-E-D dead.

I can see the thermometer much better than the plant which means you phone is too close to the plant.

Yes I know, however because the plant was so small and I only have digital zoom, it wouldn't have done any better from further away. Dug up the plant, root was separated into 2 except for a tiny piece (thickness of a couple of hairs). Threw it away and ordered some more seeds.
