Autoflower fixing

OK a friend of mine had ordered some ak-47xlowryder autoflorwering. Well he has a very nice hydro set up. well the other week they had develop very bad root rot well after careful trimming and alot of peroxide soaks they've kinda started to come back. well one of them turned out to be a tran. so he gave it to me. i have it it really good soil and am just giving good clean water and soaking it in peroxide water mix and its been coming back better than his. i was just seeing if anyone had some advice to ensure of this little guy/girl. and how can i fix this discoloration and some of the pistols are amber and red but what is the cause of that? Thanks for the help.

He/she be makin seeds,,the hair has ben pollinated per say and is no longer needed for that sac,,it's busy makin a seed
