Drooping Plant Help Please

Hey guys I'm back again. My plants are doing well all but two of em. I just cycled the water and did my nutrients this past weekend and now one of my plants that was doing well has some serious droop action goin on. I looked at it better and realized that plants hose was dumping out a lot of water directly onto it so I think it might be over-saturation?

This is the plant drooping. Ideas?

Here's my second problem: my smallest plant has stopped growing new arms or growing new height for a while now while others shot past it. Its drooping a bit and turned a lighter color. What can I do to get this guy growing again?

your first hydro grow?? that stuff is hard. soil is easier

i would just put in a pot with some fox farms ocean forest soil and call it a day
