White Stuff in the soil

I have this weird white moldy looking stuff that started growing in my soil. It started out being just a few tiny spots and I thought it was nothing, but now it is actually filling up the top layer of my soil. Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

I would post pics of it on here but I already posted it in my journal, which is linked below. It is on page 10.

Any help would be greeeeeeatly appreciated.

Alright so I left out a bunch of details in the first post, so for those of you who have no looked at my journal, my plants are 41 days old, indoor cfl's....I vegged for 30 days, and am 11 days into flowering, I have two females, am using 234 watts on the girls that are between 2 and 6 inches away depending on the day. I am using 3 gallon pots filled with a soil mixture that I bought at a store here being told it was good for tomatoes. I'm in a foriegn country and was not able to understand all the ingredients in my soil, I think it is "good qaulity" peat, tof and what I believe means time release nutrients but could be totally wrong lol. I have also been using these nutes I got at the local nursery that have 7-7-7 npk, which was all they had. I have been watering ever 2 or 3 days, and have only fed them nutes twice. Each time was 1/4 of the recommended dose.

However, I currently don't have a ph testing kit......is there a chance that having a ph problem could cause shit to grow in the soil? If so, how could I fix this without getting a ph testing kit, or am I going to have to try and dig one up somehow?

Alright, I just took some pics of the "possible mold" that I have in my soil right now. I thought maybe if I put some pics in here maybe that would catch someone's attention and I could get some help.

Any suggestions, I'm starting to get worried as the "infected" area is growing larger.......should I possibly try and dig up all the soil infected by the "white stuff" and just put new soil in it's place or would that be a bad idea?

My dark cycle starts in an hour so ASAP help would be very much appreciated!

its mold! the humidity in the air might be to high if its above 60% it can grow and spread through out ur garden. keep anything that can hold moister away from plants keep it clean try a fungicide to kill it and water when the lights first come on to let the top soil dry out a little before the lights are off

this is easy i had this once. USE A FAN!!! blow it right at the mold, they thrive off of stagnant air

yeah thats true... u should always have a fan on them
