White leaf tips

I have small little white leaf tips just on some of the upper leafs. Anyone know what this is and should I be worried? Plants are growing good and healthy.

if it doesnt progress. usually burnt tips means ur on the brink of over fertilizing, alot of grows get to this point and keep it there to get optimal growth

How close r ur lights,,most times white area's that are near the top of the plant indicate light burn,,sum times wen those babies want light they raise there leaves up like thy are praying to the lite,,making ur leaf tips closer to the light? i'am prob over thinking it

I've been keeping an eye on it and its about the same not any worse. got 2 fans on them and raised the lights and added straight water to the nute mixture in buckets to dillute a little bit. Thanks for the hints.
