tiny white bugs in soil. what are they?

there are tiny white bugs crawling around in the soil. they are a millimeter or less in length. some of them look a little translucent (somewhat transparent).

I also recently noteced a few fungus gnats, but fungus gnat larvae are black, so the white bugs must be something else. They kinda look like lice, could this be it?

Should i use neem oil or is there a better way?

u need beneficial nematodes, they're soil bound predators that feed on eggs and larva of soil pest. Also their extraments are packed with benefitial enzymes and nutrients.

cool that sounds like a good idea. oh and i just looked up what fungus gnat larvae look like and i guess they are white with black heads, so i think thats what the bugs in the soil are
