leafs curling up. to much sunlight?

do u think my plant is getting too much sunlight?
the leafs are curling up and there is a little burn mark on one leaf.
or is something wrong with the soil?
I had my plant outside with a reflector around it and this happen within a hour

A reflector around a plant outside? I don't understand. But from the pictures, the plant looks like it's getting too hot and the leaves are curling upwards to help them cool down.

ya i had a reflector round the plant outside but i took it down after i saw what my plant looked like.
what should i do to help the plant?

I don't really know that much about outdoor growing, but it seems like the only thing to do is just wait, and hope they recover. I hope they do recover, and how are the temps?

probably like mid 70s. the reflector i put around it probably gave it a lot of extra heat

to be honest theres not alot you can do, the damage thats done cant be healed, they dont heal their leafs, only time will tell, if you get new growth then thats a sign things are ok if not well it could be game over for the plant, you should know soon enough if it doesnt get any better looking

How long ago did you put the reflector up?

the reflector was up for a hour before i noticed what had happen.
yup the little guy looks a little better today there is some new growth in the middle.
Thats Northern Lights for you.

Haha, oh yeah,
It's good news that its looking like its gonna recover for you, and yeah definitely make sure its kept well-watered, especially now while it's still recovering.

ya its still growing but the 3 leaves that got burnt are all orange now and dead. The 4th leaf is starting to grow orange and the orange is expanding on the leaf

but the middle part is growing nicely
