"Safer" insecticide made all my hairs turn red

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with a product called "Safer" Insect Killing Soap made by a company called OMRI.

I bought the spray at my local hydro shop. My plants are in their final 1-2 weeks of flowering and I noticed some leaf damage from mites. I used the product as specified - spraying leaves top and bottom. I then decided to spray the plants down with plain H20 to rinse off the insecticide (even though the bottle claims to be non-toxic and can be used right up to day of harvest). Within 20 minutes all the white hairs on my buds turned red. Prior to using the product, only about 60% of the hairs were red.

I'm worried that this spray has somehow affected the potency of the buds. I was just hoping to get any feedback from someone that has been in a similar situation. I'm considering harvesting a little early just in case the spray is causing my plants to deteriorate prematurely. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
