Sick plant

Hi have a plant that has yellow spots and alots of them,i am growing in soil and the ph says almost a 7. checked the sick charts and its kinda of guess on what it is.If anyone who has so knowledge plz give me some tips thx..

get ph down to 6-6.5, could also be nute burn, w/o pics its kinda hard to tell
