Please help. spots and yellowish leaves

This is my very first grow. I got 2 plants from my friend for free so I figured I'd try it out. These plants were outside in buckets but it's starting to get too cold for them so he gave them to me to grow them inside. I just got them about a week ago. They had some spots on them and a few dying leaves when I got them but one plant seems to be getting worse. There are spots and dying leaves spread throught the whole plant. For lighting I have two 2700k 23w CFLs for each of them and there on 12/12. One plant is 42cm tall and the other is 21cm. I am very very new at this so there might not be anything wrong with them but I am concerned. Here are some pics. Please help. Im very worried that I am just gonna go check on them one morning and there going to be dead.

Well allot more info would be needed. You don't have enough light but if the ph is anywhere near normal than you issue is probably lack of N.

If you look at the info in the link above, it looks like a magnesium deficiency.
How often do you water?
are you given them any nutes?
if it is a magnesium deficiency, you can add cal-mag to your feeding regimen.
