My plant is just kinda.... getting weak?

My plant seems to be shriveling. Idk why it would though. I give it water, Nutrients. The other plant who gets the same treatment is also doing fine. It's bigger and growing faster, but this one just seems to be... Dying. Any Suggestions? Oh btw I'm new here. I'm glad I found this place. Seems like a great community. : D

Need stats. Plant age. What nutes? How much water? How old are they? Do you have a pH meter? What kind of soil are you using?

Any mention of growing is merely reference to what I think it would be like were I to attempt a garden of my own. All pictures are from the internet and I am just trying to pass them off as my own.
