4 days children accident ! i need some urgent help

hello guys i em at my first growing i've have nice setup in a closet running a 400hps, etc more about this later. ak47 lowrider

I had a towel falling down on my babyes and one of them is now in 2 pieces and another one haves 2 points where was a little crashed. I let the pictures speak.

1. the cuted plant i put the top in a glass with water and put little sugar inside and put it back in the box, under 20/4.

the bottom i keep in the soil. dose he gett better ?

2. i've put a little help to keep her straight she haves 2 spots one in the top that is quite oky but the bottom spot is quite bad.

and a pictures with the beautiful day before

You really need to move your lights closer.

the setup is not complete and the intake and outtake are not existing just a big fan inside and i let the dors opend the light are 120cm from the plants and the hps makes quite a lot of hit but i will do hope it will not get over 30.

but please a solution for the broken one is oky what i did ?

Those plants are really stretched though, they shouldn't be nearly that tall for only 4 days old.

because what the light was to high ? they get better please tell me they will get better i've just put them higher

I'd be pretty suprised if that decapitated seedling survives. As for the streched plants, move them closer to stop the streching, you can make up some of that stretch by planting it deeper when you transplant them which won't be long in those cups.

thanks mate, anyhow i was thinking that more ppl it will replay to my thread i still need to know what to do with the decapitated plant to get roots again, and some useful tips.

the root nothing, and the flower is not rooting after 2 days in wather and 1 day in rubber cubes and wather mixed with soil.
