Brown Spots on leaves, pictures avaliable

Well this is my first grow and im about 5 weeks into it. I germinated these two plants from a seed, one is smaller than the other and a darker green the other is big but has brown spots on soom of its leaves. I am using GH Floragro, GH Floramicro, and GH Florabloom for my nutrients. not sure the PH but using bottled spring water from store. My lights are 4x54 watt 6500k bulbs, and i have a humidafier. my air temp in the grow box is 85 degrees for the high temp, and 66 for the low temp, the humidity is sitting at 32 to 40%. the plants are very droopy right now and i dont want to loose these guys

Would to much nutrients be the problem here or not changing the water? any advice?

Would suggest way higher res pics then a small 320x240 pic.. Hard to tell anything with such small pics.
But from what I see either Nute burn, or simply when feeding them looks like you splashed some nute water on them and the lights burned it

it looks like a similar problem someone had and posted about the other day, he used a nute with calcuim and it worked apperently.

Doesnt exactly look like a Calcium deficiency, but like I said, cant see, post better pics.
