root rot?? please help needed

hey gc. ok so ive got a girl thats now a month into flowering and is doing wonderful i think. over the last few days she hasnt been drinking nearly as much water as normal. also i noticed i real foul smell coming from her and i dont think it was the buds cuz it was nasty smelling but i guess i could be wrong. ph also has been droping from 6 to 5 in an 8 hour span. i really just need some opinions to help ease my mind or to solve the problem if this is indeed what is going on. heres some pics sorry their not the greatest but hopefully someone can help. thanks gc.

It may be just me but I don't see rot in your pics. If it is in the early slime stage it won't show in the pics cause of the light. It may help us to see better if you takes some pics under different light, like your veg light.

The smell is coming from the water and a good sign she needs fresh mix.
