Brown patches and some yellow leaf tips. Pics

These brown patches are getting worse. I just transplanted three plants into my flowering area so they have fresh FFOF soil and I watered them with FF Big Bloom. This was three days ago and not getting much better. Is it some sort of airborne fungus?

Flowering under 400W w/ Sub tube. Plant is probably a bit N deficient at the moment. I plan on getting some earth juice grow and bloom formula in a day or two.

What gives?

Also the temps and humidity are around 73 and 40 relatively.
Watering with tap water but letting it sit out for 24 hours before using.
