flowering with nute burn?

One of my plants got moderate nute burn a a good portion of its lower leaves, currently it is being flushed with clean water. What im wandering is if directly after this flush could i put the plants into flowering? They have been in veg starge for enough like 7 weeks. Or would it be best to let the plant veg for a little longer because of the nute burn. Thanks for any help.
