Sick Plant, Help diagnose. Pics.

Hi guys,

Here are some pictures and stats on some plants that haven't been taken care of well enough. What is wrong with these plants?

soil: MG organic
They are 3 weeks old from sprouting, temp from 70-80, under 2 26w 6500k cfls (each). Drainage is bad, will be fixed tomorrow. No Nutes given. Fungus flies have been present sense day 1, and will be eradicated tomorrow. PH unknown, meter coming soon.

A good hanna digital soil PH meter will be available to test the soil monday, so if that is the problem it will be corrected. However, from observation it has been noted that the edges of leaves are turning brown/red first then the whole leaf starts to go. Lights are a couple inches away so it shouldn't be getting burned but could be wrong on that. Fungus gnat problem is almost fixed, there are still a few but insecticide being administered daily, already much better than it was.

Opinoins/ideas of whats wrong still needed!!!!?!?!?!?!

the soil ph really isn't super important for the average grower. You need properly ph balanced water for your watering/feeding

with MG organic soil, I'd guess that it shouldn't be too strong on nutes your young seedling, but without correctly ph'd water it'll cause nothing but problems. I've always suggested to people to grow out seedlings for like 3-4 weeks in a rockwool cube before being transplanted into soil

Ok, well they have been watered with tap water that was let sit out for a couple of days. Would a switch to distilled water be beneficial?
