plant looking ill, yellowish bottom leaves, and deformities around edge of leaf

this is my first grow! im using an unknown strain as a trial run before i start growing some barney's LSD!
so my grow has been going realy well, the plant has been looking very healthy untill a couple of days ago. the leaves at the bottom of the plant have started to develope a yellowish tinge and there are there are deformities around the edge of the leaves. i re-potted the plant a few hours ago, given it a flush and i have watered down the nutes, i hope this will sort out the problem, can anyone else give me some advice or clues as to what this might be?
i will post some pics in the next few hours which i hope will help.
