Bugs are eatin up all my leaves!!!

Alright this is my first plant and up until now everythings been great with only a couple minor problems. She just started flowering and im seeing all kinds of bugs now. alot of leaves have been eaten entirely with just the leaf stem left as you can see in the second pic. What kind of bug would eat an entire leaf over night? Many of the leaves are half eaten and im afraid there gonna be gone soon to. How badly will this affect the plants flowering stage and what can i do to stop the bugs. I just sprayed her down with some water and dish soap but i don't know how well that will work. any helps appreciated

Have you seen any bugs on or around the plants? Something large enough to do that much damage should be pretty easy to spot. I would spray the plant with Neem oil or one of the Safer insecticidal soaps, and adding a no-pest strip (like Hotshot) couldn't hurt either.
