!!!How Do I Fix this MOLD!!![Pictures]

-outdoor in soil bag seed grow

I have been using neem oil mixed with water, the neem oil is organic and is made of soap and garlic.

When ever I spray the plant it leaves soapy suds on the leaves and buds, im not sure if the mold i think i got is soapy neem residue or actual mold from extra moisture.

picture of the mold - appears on random leaves as a white tint or spot.

I need to know how to keep this mold off my plant since it is budding and what not,

What should I do?

Why are you continually spraying them with Neem oil? Do you have a pest problem or is it preventative? The simplest solution is to stop spraying them, wipe the leaves off with a wet cloth, and see what happens. What you are seeing is probably just residue, but its hard to tell without knowing your set-up and conditions.

i also have same issue, i am going to try to whipe them off
