have a problem i need some insight

okay this plant was doing very well up intill now, i"m 3 weeks into flowering. there is brown spots on the leaves. small spots. the leaves are twisting and curling down and some of the ends are turning brown to. and very britle very dry. i have fert in the soil and i think i might have added to much. the stems are turning purple very purple. it looks like toxicity. thers no sign of bugs other than a few nats which i have taken care of. i"ve gave it a flush. does anybody have any advice. should i cut of the leaves that are having problems? i sprayed some fert on the leaves could this have done it.

im not sure what the problem is, it sounds like a nutrient burn, which would be solved after a couple good flushes. spraying the leaves down with ferts isnt going to greatly benefit the plant, or even at all. the way the plants feeds themselves is through the roots, its the way to directly give ferts. the leaves and mainly fan leaves are used to gather light for plant growth, not for absorbing salts and ferts. the other thing is that you should really never cut any leaves off, if the plant wants it gone she'll do it herself.

You probably burned the leaves w/ the foliar spray. Purple = N lockout. flush the soil and then add back nutes after it dries out. Check your runoff.

The brown spots are either from your foliar spray, or could be Calcium or Potassium issue.
