Re: jumping spider?

as long as it's a real spider it's actually a good sign, they only settle in places with low pollution rates and good climate
and it feeding on those damn gnats is just an added bonus

Re: jumping spider?

I wish there were spiders you could get that didn't make webs. It would kick ass to have a pet spider patrolling your crops.

well, you could get a praying mantis, given you have enough to hunt for such a bugger
they look sooo spacey out on bug-patrol

Yah, love the Daddylong longs, one save me from a whitetipped spider that was litrially running at me.

To Op: Spiders are are awsome, I never bust their webs in my Outdoor grows, just make sure he doesnt jump onto one of your grow lights and burst into flames, that would be some bad juju

Re: jumping spider?

I had a nest of hornets up in my garage attic where my breeding males were last summer and those fuckers wouldn't let any other bug be under those lights. It was natural insect repellent. Had to end up zapping them with a bug zapper to collect the pollen on those bitches...

But still better than having aphids like normal..

Re: jumping spider?

I would say a lion would even run from wasps.

Lmfao..lions.

Yes, spiders are predatory and obviously eat other insects lol, so they're good to go. I have a few on my outdoor plants actually lol.
