Sick plant or everything alright?

Not grown before, but found this Lady and have been keeping an eye on her.

recently have noticed as some of the small buds develope there appears to be some coloring occuring inside the plant.

the color is a dark blue/black .. purplish color

Should I cut these out or is this something not to worry about?

Locally Temp is running mid to high 80's by day and mid to high 60's at night

dude how did u 'find' it, can u give bit more info on the grow what lights/soil/nutes etc

Its growing outside, nothing nutrient wise have been added by me.

Currently the plant itself is over 5 ft tall and quite bushy, we have gotten plenty of rain and sunshine.

Overall the only thing I have done to it is topped it a few times at the suggestion of a friend of mine who knows a little more than I, but is not an expert.

The place it is growing is an old burn pit / compost heap.

It popped up in the middle of a bunch of wood ash and compost.

Main stalk is between a Quarter and a half dollar in thickness ( Leaning more towards the half dollar size)

I am very certain that it sprung from seeds that a friend of mine tosses into the woods whenever he finds seeds in his bags of smoke.
