What is this?

I think it got a little overfertalized.
Does anyone agree or know what these spots are?

that looks like whats going on with my plant. i think i over fert to. do you have brown spots and spreding.

That looks more like a fungus rather than over fertilizing. Over fertilizing manifests itself as burnt tips, margins on the leaves. Use the Search button and query "leaf spot fungus" for reams of information on this problem.
