Height issues

this is my second year growing outdoors and I've got these 2 pure sativa strains plenty of room to grow been giving them some standard miracle grow nutes every 2 weeks and spraying them with neem oil to keep the bugs off. problem is they're pushing 13 feet already and last summers we're only 6-7 feet at harvest. cent see the top to see if they're budding or not, but if they aren't im worried what height they'll be by harvest. couldn't get a tape measure up there but they're twice the size of me and about 5 feet around. starting them halfway through march indoors and brought them outdoors when some trash seeds i threw outdoors germinated naturally. they're too tall to prune and i dont know what kind of problems this could cause please get back to me.

How well hidden are the plants? It could cause problems if you're in the city for instance, risk getting caught, etc. But if you're growing in a secure remote area, I honestly wouldn't worry. I'm growing some sativas in my backyard along the edge of the woods and I'm not too worried as it blends in and can't see anything since my yard's so big, plus the lake out front takes the attention away.
