Help No Flower!

I am growing a Nevilles haze and a Mazar They had a hard time germinating and were spindly and sun stretched at the beginning of there life. Now i have a 7 foot nevilles haze monster in my closet and it wont flower! Im on my second month of flowering about 50 days or so now and my mazar looks like it is in about a month of flower and my nevilles has no buds whatsoever it is just still growing in HEIGHT and like i said this is in my closet and at 7 feet please help me Im growing these on a 400 with Fox Farm Nutes and soilless mix in an earthbox.

What hours do you have the lighting on, for it to flower you need to switch your lighting to 12/12.

I have been on a 12/12 flowering cycle since i began flowering cycle 2 months ago.heartbroken that i have a 7 foot monster with no buds at all

It may be a male, I've always been told that if you have a plant that has no pre buds or no balls, It's still a male lol

A story behind my thought:

My friends mom's boyfriend had a 9 foot BEAUTIFUL plant in the ground next to his house....well....it never shown to be a male or female...Well he had a long time grower look at it and he said it was a male(But it didn't have a single ball all over it) so he jerked it.

lol

Man, I hope it starts putting on. You never know, you might wake up one morning and see a fat thick ass girl man.
