Unhappy To keep it in or not to keep it in??

I have been have a powdery mildew mold its white in patches on the leaves i have been flowering for at least 39 days so buds are on my plant. I went to worms way a very helpful garending shop. And they gave me this true green somthing for that kind of stuff i for got the name but its a spary for mildew mold. But most of my problem was on the the leaves not the buds i cut off just about every leaf and fan leave possible will this kill the growth of my plant or will my buds keep going on. My plant looks pretty bare it only has the buds on it basically. ANd my other question since i sprayed this plant will it nutralize it so i can put it back into my grow room with out spreading this mold to the other one or is it still not safe? need quick advice from somone who knows the deff answer thanks.
